I use reclaimed granite to create these natural stone charcuterie boards. Each piece is unique and original and cannot be made again. Fostering the reduce, reuse, recycle mantra, discarded granite is saved from going to the dump. Hand broken pieces – which sometimes have their own agenda – are stone ground along all edges to keep a smooth finish with organic look. The stone is sprayed with food safe granite sealant and rubber footings are super glued to the base to prevent slippage and scratching.
All boards come with a stainless steel cheese knife as pictured.
Pre-chill the stone to keep the food cool while sitting out on the counter.
Wash with soap and water.
