*Orders are shipped out within 2 days of payment being received unless otherwise stated. Jewellery is packaged in an eco-friendly box. This will protect your jewellery from damage during delivery. Inside are care instructions on how to keep your jewellery clean (back of business card).

*Packages are shipped via Canada Post by the most economical way unless selected and paid for upgraded shipping upon checkout. All other customs charges/tariffs that your country places on a parcel are the responsibility of the customer.
*I can only guarantee the package delivery to the post office. Once it leaves my possession, it is out of my control. Luckily, I have not occurred any problems with the postal service in many countries around the world. If you would prefer tracking your parcel and/or have insurance for your parcel, please select these shipping upgrades in the checkout area.
