If you are not satisfied with your jewellery purchase, you may notify me by email and ship the item back for a full refund minus the shipping charges.  Refunds will be given for items returned within 14 days of receiving you purchased item (or a reasonable return shipping time).  Undamaged and unworn items will be refunded once the item has been received by Stone Willow.

Earring components that pierce the ear are non-refundable due to health concerns, therefore, a portion of the cost will not be refunded ($2 – $5 depending on earring componment) .  It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on all returns unless the product was damaged upon receiving it.  

Unexpected accidents such as a child pulling on jewellery, or a dropped & damaged item can be repaired.  Lost an earring?  Contact me with your request and we can discuss how I can help you.
